Coordinated Family and Community Engagement (CFCE)

The CFCE programs are funded by a grant from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Department of Early Education and Care. CFCE offers FREE literacy groups, caregiver workshops and the Grandparents Raising Grandchildren group. We also offer support with developmental screenings, community resources, and referrals. These programs serve the communities of Taunton, Raynham and Bridgewater for children and their families birth through age eight. Visit our facebook page, Triumph Inc. Ages and Stages Screening(ASQ)

Dear Parent/Caregiver,

Your child's first 5 years of life are so important, we want to help you provide the best start for your child. You are invited to participate in the Ages & Stages Questionnaire. The ASQ is an online screening tool to help you keep track of your child's development. The ASQ includes questions about your child's communication, gross motor, fine motor, problem solving, and personal social skills. The results from the ASQ will identify your child's strengths and allow us to offer support if needed. Thank you for your participation!
